Zone 3 provides information for walking in Phuket
All the maps here have been produced by me as I was unable to find any already in existence
Walking - I'm currently concentrating on the hills around Patong, Kathu & Kamala as that is where I do most of my walking
Mai Sip Song (Twelve Tree) Hill - is situated to the east of Patong and provides many good walks directly out of Patong towards Bang Waat Reservoir
Khao Kamala (Kamala Hill) - is situated to the north of Patong and lies between Kalim and Kamala to the west and Kathu waterfall to the east. This area has an excellent network of dirt tracks ideal for bird and bug spotting
